Medical Women’s Association of Nigeria (MWAN) is a vital affiliate of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA), and the Akwa Ibom State branch is a vibrant and active community of medical professionals dedicated to the advancement of women’s health and well-being in Nigeria.

At MWAN, we provide a platform for our members to network, share knowledge and expertise, and support one another in their professional and personal development. We organize training sessions, seminars, and workshops to help our members stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their field and to enhance their skills and knowledge.

MWAN is proud of the work we are doing in Akwa Ibom State and across Nigeria, and we look forward to continuing to advocate for the health and well-being of women and children and to eliminate gender inequalities in healthcare.
